At a ranch I visited there was a glistening pond with these large white geese sunning and bathing themselves. It was late in the day and I loved the back lighting, shadows and highlighted ripples on the water. The image has an impressionistic atmosphere about it and emphasizes how light and shadow can affect color and shape.
